I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice pool and lovely towels provided. I especially enjoyed the comfortable and spacious bedrooms, with a nice view of the lake. The location was excellent, with a tram stop right outside that conveniently led me directly to the city center. there were a few restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to find somewhere to eat.

I was really surprised by the extra assistance provided for disabled guests at Pullman. The proximity of the tram line made exploring the city easy and affordable. The view from my room, overlooking the lake, was fine. The heating worked excellently, ensuring a cozy stay. The hotel staff were friendly and always ready to help. Although I didn't eat at the in-house restaurant, the variety of different cuisines in the city made dining options exciting. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel for its accessibility, views, and attentive service.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious hotel by the Lake. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town via the tram right outside.
